Our products

Some products on dryherbvaper.com may contravene local laws in some parts of the world. Dry Herb Vaper will not be held responsible in the event of ‘you’ our client contravening such laws. All products purchased from dryherbvaper.com are for use with legal herbal alternatives to which comply with the law. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

When purchasing products from dryherbvaper.com: Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of you expressly agree and acknowledge that you will use the products for legal purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
1. We have the right to refuse service and orders placed for any of our products.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are purchasing is legal for you to receive and use in the Country, State or Territory that you reside in.

Your information

When you place an order on dryherbvaper.com, you agree to provide us with accurate personal and delivery information. If you have provided incorrect information, we cannot be held responsible for delayed orders, missing orders or other issues arising from the use of incorrect information.

Stock and Availability

We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.

Shipping

There are some jurisdictions which we cannot ship to depending on the product purchased. Currently we are unable to ship our vaporizers to the U.S.A as well as some other countries and jurisdictions. We sincerely apologize for this. We do not have a complete list of all countries and jurisdictions that we currently are unable to ship to. After you have completed your order, we will inform you as soon as is possible of any issues and you will receive a full refund. Again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Free Shipping is on a case by case basis as shipping costs to certain areas may change from time to time. As much as possible dryherbvaper.com will try to offer you free shipping, but unfortunately some countries and areas do have much higher shipping costs and therefore may not qualify for free shipping. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges if this applies to you. You then have the option not to proceed with your purchase and you will receive a full refund.

If you would like contact us before you proceed with your purchase order, please email us at admin@dryherbvaper.com and supply your full address details including country/jurisdiction. We may be able to determine if: 1. We can ship to you and 2. If any additional shipping costs apply to your area.

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to unclear or incorrect shipping addresses.

While some products expect delivery in 2 to 3 weeks, however, please allow up to 45 to 65 days for delivery and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. Shipping times quoted are estimates only and not a guarantee of delivery. Of course please reach out to us if delivery is very delayed past 45 days so we can assist.

Warranty, Refunds and Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to assist you with our refunds and returns policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning a product and obtaining a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same as new, clean and undamaged, condition that you received it, with no missing parts or pieces. It must also be in the clean and undamaged original packaging.

Units must only be ever be used for their intended use with the manufacturers operating and care instructions always correctly followed. If not fully understood or if any doubt, please do not use the product. Dry Herb Vaper or the manufacturer will not be held liable for any harm, personal or other, caused by misuse, accidental damage or incorrect handling of a product.

Return Period: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the return is initiated after this period, we may not be able to process your request.

Contact Customer Support: Email us at admin@dryherbvaper.com with your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item and resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty

Most often, issues with the units can be solved with some simple troubleshooting. Good care and ongoing cleaning and maintenance will resolve and prevent most issues. Please always follow the user guide’s instructions on operating and ongoing care for your vaporizer. Every vaporizer that we sell is backed by a manufacturer warranty.

Conditions:

If your unit is not working because of an issue with the manufacturing, the item is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
If your unit is not working because of misuse, water damage, accidental damage or otherwise from other items while being carried or stored or because it fell or was dropped, the issue will not be covered by the warranty. Our team will determine whether the issue can be fixed under warranty or not.

Please wait for our instructions for next steps, please do not send your purchase back to the supplier/manufacturer or anywhere else until directly instructed by us.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). This number must be clearly marked on the return package.

Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or included items. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Please note that the shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
